Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via standard shipping, which typically takes 3–5 business days to arrive depending on your location.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that during high-volume periods, processing or delivery times may be slightly delayed.

Return Policy

Due to the personal and cosmetic nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. This is to ensure the safety and hygiene of our customers.

However, your satisfaction means everything to us. If your order arrives damaged, missing an item, or is marked as lost, we are more than happy to help:

Damaged Products:
Please email us at AuroreBeautyLLC@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with clear photo evidence of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

Lost Packages:
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please send a screenshot of the tracking status and any relevant delivery info.

Missing Items:
If something was left out of your package, let us know and provide us with photographic evidence of purchased item to our email. We will then send the missing item promptly.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement for the affected item(s).
